Table with measures do not update values after refresh in power bi service

I have created a table with union of 4 rows. Each row has measures. In Power BI desktop the values refreshes, but in Power Bi service it does not. There is no filter applied.

Has anyone know why this happens?

Yes, I have on prem datagateway. Scorecard for the same measure updates the value but when the table is created using the same measure , it does not. 
To resolve this I found a workaround. I create a calculated column and created a matrix.

To help you better, I need more information, do you configure a gateway for this semantic model? Please check that you have configured the gateway correctly for the semantic model.
