Table on one Page

Hi All,

Can you please let me know if there is a way to present a large table on a report so when converted to a pdf the entire table will show on multiple pages or side by side. Currently you need to scroll down to see all rows on the dashbaord and that is not possible when exported to pdf or power point.

Thanks!

  • Hi amir1 ,

By my test, the Export to PDF feature is currently just like taking a screen capture of report.

It is not supported to implement your demand in Power BI currently .There is an idea about this issue, please vote it up, Export to PDF needs to include all rows in a Table or Matrix visualization , to improve the Power BI.

It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

We also submitted this feedback to the product group internally, so that the product group can pay attention to this problem and speed up the issue repairing.

As a workaround, you can use Export data feature to export all rows of table or matrix visual in Power BI.

    Best Regards,

    Amy

How was the behaviour from the Power BI Desktop.

Yes that is how it usually behaves. I just want to find a way to show a large table when exported to a pdf as you can't scroll down
