MattKarriker2 I had similar issue but when I created measure in power bi while directly connected to analysis services. Had a ticket on this with MS but in the end MS team said it can't be priortized to be fixed since its a minor issue and workaround is for users to format it in excel once exported. This was more than a year ago unfortunately and the problem still exists.
Mine is even worse since I had charts where measures were created in power bi and analysis services. So, the export had both formatted and unformatted numbers.
