    Hi. I don't think there is anything as easy as Synoptic panel. The company behind the visual is amazing. If you want to build maps specifically, you can use the preview visual from microsoft Shape Maps. You can see how to use them in here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ik81NIUfWNs

    It's not with svg, it's with geo/topo json.

    What is it that you want to do? why not using that custom visual?
