No, editing reports directly in the Power BI Development workspace does not update the file in the OneDrive Shared Library.
To keep OneDrive updated, always edit the PBIX file in OneDrive (using Power BI Desktop), then save and publish it to the workspace. This way, OneDrive stays in sync and version control is maintained.
Hi julsr Power BI doesn’t push changes back to OneDrive — it only pulls from it. So if you edit a report in the workspace, it won’t update the file in OneDrive. To keep them in sync, make changes in the OneDrive file instead. That way, Power BI will automatically pick up the updates.
