Suggest Premium Capacity SKU Type will be better for Concurrent Request in Flow to export Paginated

As we have  an requirement for 250 customers to run on schedule basis flow and export paginated reports via flow. If we have to handle concurrent request to generate paginated reports snd send email via flow.

Currently we have PPU plan which takes approximately 36 hours for 200 customers as we have 2 export action in flow .

Please suggest which  premium license SKU type can be taken to optimise flow performance .

To optimize the performance of your flow for exporting paginated reports for 250 customers, switch from PPU to Power BI Premium Capacity. Here's the plan:

    1. Upgrade to Premium Capacity:

      • Start with P1 SKU (8 v-cores) to handle more concurrent export requests and reduce processing time significantly (down from 36 hours to a few hours).
      • Upgrade to P2 (16 v-cores) or P3 (32 v-cores) if workload or complexity grows.
    2. Benefits:

      • Dedicated Resources: Eliminates shared resource bottlenecks of PPU.
      • Faster Export and Processing: Increased capacity for concurrency and larger workloads.
      • Cost Efficiency: P1 ($4,995/month) might be more economical than managing multiple PPUs.
    3. Optimize Flows:

      • Use batch processing and concurrency controls in Power Automate.
      • Ensure efficient report datasets to minimize processing time.
    4. Advanced Option:

      • If Power Automate still limits performance, consider Azure Logic Apps for better scalability.

Action Plan: Start with P1, monitor performance, and scale to P2/P3 if needed.
