Are you sure the permissions on your account in bigquery haven't changed?

Cloud/gateway? Authenticates with your account or someone else's? Have you tried re-authenticating?
I'm using cloud and yes I tried to using another account even the admin one and then re-authenticating, but the error still happened.
At first it's only affect on Power BI Online and now the connection fail in Power BI Desktop too.
