Suddenly BigQuery Error on Power BI Online
Suddenly on March 14th, my BigQuery data source in Power BI experienced an error, something like this:
DataSource.Error: ODBC: ERROR [42000] [Microsoft][BigQuery] (100) Error interacting with REST API: Access Denied: Project xenon-crossbar-453702-k4: User does not have bigquery.jobs.create permission in project xenon-crossbar-453702-k4.. Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ErrorCode = 10478. DataSourceKind = GoogleBigQuery. DataSourcePath = GoogleBigQuery. OdbcErrors = #table({"SQLState", "NativeError", "Message"}, {}). . The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: This only happens in the Power BI online service, when I refresh manually in Power BI Desktop, there is no problem connecting to the Big Query data source.
Are you sure the permissions on your account in bigquery haven't changed?

What type of connection from Power BI service?
Cloud/gateway? Authenticates with your account or someone else's? Have you tried re-authenticating?
I'm using cloud and yes I tried to using another account even the admin one and then re-authenticating, but the error still happened.
At first it's only affect on Power BI Online and now the connection fail in Power BI Desktop too.- Deku
Are you sure the permissions on your account in bigquery haven't changed?
