Hi , @in8abhak

Based on my research and query based on your detailed timestamp you provided for the sudden peak showing in your capacity's premium metrics app, would you like to first tell if your capacity is relied in the South east asia region? If correct, you should meet the service outage error situation for the south-east-asia region that your Power BI service are rely in by that time (afternoon in the 2023/5/23), here’s the screenshot for the Power BI support page at that time:

And there’s also a known issue recored in the internal issue website of Power BI and the engineers are working on the fix for this with very high periority. Two days later this issue should be solved and now your premium capacity can run smoothly without any issue.

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Best Regards,
