Subscriptions turning off daily

Hello,

I am having issues with setting up a subscription to a report for a few key members of my organization. I have set it up again but it doesn't work and when I go back to the report and check the subscriptions, the action it's turned off. Can someone please provide some guidance.

For your case, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.

Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
