Subscriptions turn off on their own...I need them turned on forever

Suddenly my subscriptions are getting turned off on their own. I have over 100+ reports with tons of subscriptions. This month users started not receiving the emails that they were supposed to.

After investigating I can rule out the 2 month inactivity and the 4 consecutive errors as I had reports turned off their subscription that had neither of those.

Any help is appreciated as it is important for the users to get their reports reliably.

Hi @VIKPOWERBI ,

Is your subscription time expired, causing it to be automatically closed, you can set the year to 9999

Power bi cannot open the subscription permanently, because when the data set and report have not been accessed for two months, the refresh of the data set related to the dashboard and report will be automatically suspended.

You can add the subscription to the dashboard or report, even if you do not access the subscription, it will not be suspended

I've set my subscriptions to 9999, but still after they've ran, it auto-disables themself again.  Any other possible reasons and solutions would be appreciated.
