Subscriptions that doesn't send mails
Hi, I have subrsicptions that sends email everyday to some users. But since the beginning of the week it doesn't work anymore. I tried to duplicate the subsriptions, activate/deactivate them,.... but...
I think so. I have submitted a support ticket with the Power BI support. When I press "Run now" the e-mail/report is sent, the issue I have is with the scheduled send out of the e-mail. I've also tried to create a new subscription and delete the old one without success. I had the same issue about 2 weeks ago but then it worked to just deactivate and activate again.
