Subscriptions not working suddenly

The email Subscriptions not working suddenly from morning. Is there any issue with the service?

HI harshipsns,

 

I haven't found any similar issues, can you please share more detail information?(Such as data source type, connection model, screen shots, data sources, and certificate settings...)

    I am using Power BI Pro Free trail (Still have 51 days to go). I have created some email subscriptions for the dashboards. I have been recieving emails daily once in the morning when the dashboard is refreshed

    till Friday. But suddenly the emails are not being generated even after the first refresh, the data alerts are comming through, there is an issue only with the subscriptions. I deleted the subscriptiuons, datasets and recreated them again, but no use.

     

    Data Source: Odata Feed

    Connection Model: Import

     

    The data is being refreshed but the email is not comming through

      HI harshipsns,

       

      I guess this issue only appear on specific accounts/devices. Have you test with your colleagues accounts or devices?

        Hi Xiaoxin,

         

        I have 2 office 365 accounts (Pro trail accounts) and I tried using both of them but still no use. Emails are not being generated for either of those 2 accounts
