Hi,
Is anyone else experiencing issues with subscriptions?
This morning (UK time-zone) no subscriptions went out as scheduled nor any went out when manually triggering them.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Cheers

Hi @sgallo ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community. Also thank you @johnbasha33 for your inputs.
Thanks for reporting this, and I understand how critical these subscriptions are especially with 250 users involved.
We’ve received similar reports from other users in the UK region, and our internal monitoring has flagged a potential transient issue affecting Power BI subscription delivery (both scheduled and manual triggers).
As a first step, I recommend reviewing your Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Health > Service Health dashboard to check for any active advisories or incidents impacting Power BI or email delivery. If you don't see an advisory there yet, it may still be under investigation.
In the meantime, please avoid rebuilding the subscriptions, as this appears to be a broader service-level disruption and not tenant-specific.
If this post helps, then please give us Kudos and consider Accept it as a solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
Thankyou

Yes, you're not alone—other users have reported similar issues with Power BI subscriptions not sending emails, even when triggered manually. For instance, a user noted that their daily subscriptions failed to send emails, and manual triggers didn't work either. This issue was discussed in the Microsoft Fabric Community, where users shared their experiences and solutions. Microsoft Fabric Community+2Power BI forums+2Power BI forums+2
Additionally, there have been instances where subscriptions didn't trigger upon manual refreshes. One user mentioned that their subscriptions weren't sending emails when they manually refreshed the dataset from a desktop file. This problem was also addressed in the community forums. To troubleshoot, ensure that your email system isn't blocking Power BI emails. It's recommended to add the Power BI email alias (no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com) to your contacts to prevent emails from going to spam. GitHub+1Reddit+1
If the issue persists, consider checking the Power BI Service status page for any ongoing incidents or reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
Did I answer your question? Mark my post as a solution! Appreciate your Kudos !!
I have already tried what suggested in the links except re-building the subscription as there are c.250 users to be added... I hope it is a transient issue has it has been in the past and soon will be solved
