Subscriptions Custom Calendar

Hi

When creating a subscription I would like reports to send an email based on a custom calendar. For example rather than sending on the 2nd day of each month, I want to be able to send on the 2nd working day of a month (taking into account wekends and French public holidays). Any ideas?

Can you give me some hints as to the connectors/actions I would need?

I'm envisaging storing my bespoke calendar in sql server (and have set up the connection in Power Automate). 

Would you bypass the subscrptions function alltogether, and create a custom email notificaton sending the URL of the report based on a data condition being met i.e. today's date =  specificed work day date?
