Subscription with much crap and a minimum text

Hello,

 

When I create a subscription for a report (report page), when the email subscription is received, it contains a lot of junk from Power BI itself.

The text you can add is also very limited. Is there a way to fix this?

 

i mean like this

And this part, only a very limited number text can be used.

    Drop the entire idea and instead use Power Automate to run DAX queries against the semantic model and construct the email body to your liking for each user.

    Do you have an example of how to make such a power automaton?

    Hi Frixel,

    Unfortunately, Power BI does not currently allow full customization of subscription email content. The boilerplate header and footer text cannot be removed or replaced, and the custom message field is limited to plain text with minimal characters. This is expected behavior today due to security & template consistency requirements.

     

    If this capability is important for your use case, I would strongly recommend submitting this as a feature request to the Product Group through the Power BI Ideas forum. Customer feedback is a key factor in prioritizing upcoming enhancements.
