Hi,
This morning no reports were sent out via email from Power BI.
I usually have a couple of Subscriptions that go out on a dily basis but this morning it seems that the subscriptions did not work.
I can see the the subscriptions and re-run them. However, no report is sent out - even when I manually trigger the subscription.
Anyone else experienced this?
Thanks
We are also expereicing the same issue this morning. Subscription emails are just not getting generated/hitting our exchange. Assume an issue with MS.
Hi, we're experiencing the same issue, can see the subscriptions being sent in the audit log but never hitting our exchange
THis is happening again today...
Will raise another ticket.

HI @sgallo ,
check below steps
Check subscription settings: Verify that the subscription settings, such as recipient email addresses, delivery schedule, and report format, are correctly configured. Ensure that the settings match your requirements and that there are no errors or typos in the email addresses.
Confirm data refresh: If your reports rely on scheduled data refresh, ensure that the underlying data sources are successfully refreshing and the data is up to date. If the data refresh is failing, it might affect the report generation process and, consequently, the subscriptions.
Verify report access: Make sure that the recipients of the subscriptions have appropriate access permissions to the report and the underlying datasets. If the recipients don't have access, they won't receive the report via email.
Check email delivery status: Confirm that the email delivery is working correctly for other emails sent from your email server. If there are any issues with the email server, it could prevent Power BI from sending the subscription emails.
Review Power BI service status: Check the Power BI service status page (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/service-status/) to see if there are any known issues or disruptions with the Power BI service that might have impacted the subscription functionality.
Check subscription history: Review the subscription history within Power BI to see if there are any error messages or failures recorded for the subscriptions. This can provide additional insights into the specific issue causing the failure.
Test with a different report: Create a new subscription with a different report to see if it sends successfully. This can help determine if the issue is specific to a particular report or if it's a more general problem with the subscription functionality.
It seemes it was an issue with Microsoft and they have fixe dit now.
Thanks for the support anyway 😁
