Subscription sends two emails 1 minute apart

Hi,

 

We have a dashboard that contains reports based on multiple datasets. A daily sunscription has been set up to send the dashboard to multiple users. The refresh is set up to go daily after refresh. it seems to work everyday but users are getting two emails every day.

    Hi richanthony ,

    I do not find this problem after testing.

    Is this the only one encountered by you, or is this the same for all users who receive the subscription?

    If only some people, please check whether these people are added to Users and Groups at the same time.

    If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

      Thanks for your reply, no every one is getting two email and we don't have any groups included in the subscription.  when we decouple it from "after refresh" to just a once a day at a certain time only one email is sent. but this is not a fix as I only want it sent after the data has been refreshed.
