Hi @naveenanda_vam ,

This works at workspace level for all the report subscription inside a workspace.

Since you are admin of the workspace,

1. Open any report in the workspace

2.Click on subscribe to Report

3.Click on Subscription-> Manage All

4.It shows all the subscription

If post helps you, please accept this as solution so others can find it easily. Appreciate your kudos. 🙂

Thanks,

Pallavi

Hi! @naveenanda_vam

You can use the APIs to call the report IDs in your tenant and then check the subscriptions of those reports.
And you can also use track activities feature to get the relevant details https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-auditing

For Power BI trainings or support dm or reach out to me on LinkedIn.
If my response has successfully addressed your question or concern, I kindly request that you mark this post as resolved. Additionally, if you found my assistance helpful, a thumbs-up would be greatly appreciated.
