Dear Forum!
Users have previously been able to subscribe to my reports and attach the page as a PDF. However, now they get the following error: "Please disable full report attachment or migrate to Premium Gen2 to continue using full report attachment"
The workspace is premium and part of the capcity, and the subscritpion to the report is in a app.. What is going on here? Did something change?
Some users already have subscriptions for the same report with PDF attached that works, but if they try to create a new one they get the same error.
Anyone?
I can confirm the same issue.
If the person isn't permissioned to the workspace and only to the App then this error comes up.
Workaround I have found is permissioning them to the workspace. "Viewer" Permission works.
Annoying as I don't want to permission them at all to the workspace, just the app.
roger that, but that fix makes no sense if you have difference audience with different reports.. I dont want everyone to be able to view the reports

would much prefer to just permission to the app where it should just work.
note: permissioning them to the workspace fixes it at the app level as well.
But causes other issues like bypassing app audiences if they just go to the workspace instead.
only a temporary work around until hopefully Microsoft can fix this
It seems to be related to the app for the workspace..
