Subscription going out twice since

Hi all, Since changing the clocks due to daylight savings (in UK), some of my morning subscriptions have been going out twice in a span of 5 minutes. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips/help? ...

Hi, sgallo 

 

Did you check your timezone settings if it automatically adjusts with the DST?

 

sometimes minor changes in the subscription settings can cause the issue. Try removing the old one and then create new subscription. You can also try turning of the subscription and then save & apply the report then turn it back on.

Hey rubayatyasmin ,

I hve just tried that. I want to avoid to delete and re-do the subscription as it is going out to 150 users and I would have to manually input them...
