Subscription goes out empty
Hi. Are you using custom visuals? The thing with subscriptions is that they are not all supported. The exception is those Power BI custom visuals that are certified. Other visuals will not show up. If you check the filters they are showing, but the others are not.
Another thing to check is filters. When you create the subscription make sure you are seeing all you need and not filtering something that might change in a month or week.
I hope that helps,
Hi, I only have one visual that is not standard - but I imported it from the store(in my attached photo it's in the right top side of the screen). The rest are tables, bar charts and a pie chart. Would the existance of the store visual cause all the others to be empty?
Filters are not the cause of it, as I mentioned in my previous reply, refreshing from Desktop(and making sure I had no filters) where I definitely had data, publishing in Service manually - where I also checked and had data in the visuals and then triggering the subscription manually from the "Run now" button ended up the same. The email was sent out with the above photo.
