Hi,
We use the normal map visual in a Power BI report. The data is shown by dots.
We use the 'subscription' function to send a screenshot of the map with data dots to a mail address.
The problem is that from Monday only the empty map is shown in the screenshot and the data dots have disappeared. If we go to the report in the Power BI service it does show the data dots. Only in the screenshot in the mail they are gone and we see only a emty map.
Does anyone have a solution? We have tried to change the settings of the subscription and uploaded the report to the Power BI service again but no result.

According to research, a similar issue has been reported internally,(ICM#: 343344031).

Hi, in my case, for the older reports (published at 2020 but updated at 2022) don't send the points in map, but new reports (publish at July 2022) that's ok. The problem is the power bi desktop version when build the report???
