Hi,
I had a Report subscription scheduled to run daily at 9:30am. It ran succcessfully for several weeks. Last week there was about 3 days where I did not receive the email or it was delayed several hours.
Now with no changes it has resolved itself.
Our mail server admin confirmed the message did not reach us till much later, implying it was delayed on the Microsoft side.
"I checked the properties of the email from what I can see the email was delayed before it reached us. The “From” left smtpi.msm.com left at 04:47PM UTC and we received it at 04:49PM UTC on XXXXXXXX.
XXXXXXXX being our mail server.
Can anyone explain this?

There should be many factors to caused the delay. It's hard to determine the specific reason of the delay.
You could check if your report hit the limitations.
In addition, you could create a support ticket here.

I don't believe any of those limitations are my issue, it worked daily for 2 weeks, stoped or was delayed for 3 days and resumed working perfectly. No changes made from my side.
Perhaps I'll open a ticket.
