Hi,
I have a subscription for 4 recipients :
Mister ABC and Mister EDF said the subscription sometime doesn't work and is sending a blank picture :
However, both "Myself" email (externe and intern to my organization) receive correctly the email everytime. So i'm guessing this is an issue from their domain provider which block the content. (I looked up on whois and both "@EDF.FR" and "@ABC.FR" are registered to the same provider.)
What's your opinion about this ? For me the answer is quite clear since they are the only customer which encounter this issue but it can be perilous to explain to the customer it's his own issue so i have to be sure. What's is strange is that it doesn't happen everytime.
