Subscription button breaks after 'Reset to Default'

I noticed that if I'm in an app and click 'Reset to Default', then try the Subscribe button, it doesn't open the subscription dialog.  The work-around seems to be switching to a dashboard (maybe another report, I haven't tried that) and switch back to the original report page, then Subscription button works again.

I've tried both old and new Edge as well as Chrome with the same results.  I do have 'New Look' enabled.

Is this a behavior observed by others?

I just tried the exact same thing and it is certainly a bug

I would suggest logging a support ticket to get it fixed.
