Subscription button breaks after 'Reset to Default'

I noticed that if I'm in an app and click 'Reset to Default', then try the Subscribe button, it doesn't open the subscription dialog.  The work-around seems to be switching to a dashboard (maybe anot...

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce your problem.
