Is it possible to view the subscription history? Who did we have subscribed to said report? Do we manually have to add it back once it gets deleted as in if a report got deleted?

you can check the user subscripted and the time start in the subscription pane:
if the user been removed, you'll need to add him back. If the report deleted, subscription stopped.

@v-diye-msft , Is there a way to find out of a subscription was triggered or not? like a history? I have asubscription set to trigger whan the dataset refreshes, I have noticed that the subscription is not sent out some times when the data set is refreshed.
