Subscription Emails are Not Displaying Data
Hello,
Every day, a group of people subscribing to a dashboard complain that the subscription email they receive comes in displaying "an unexpected error occured' instead of showing the information in the dashboard. When you click on the "view dashboard" button in the email, all the info is loaded properly.

According to your description and power bi support page, I think it is a known issue which power bi team is working on.
Please take a look at below link to know more about this issue:
Users may be unable to receive email subscription notifications via the Power BI service. Engineers are currently working on a fix. Next update @05/21/2018 19:00 PDT.
