We normally receive the majority of subscription emails between 8:30am and 9:30am as they are all set to send out after data refresh. However, we didn't receive todays emails until around 3 hours after the normal time.
All reports refreshed succesfully at the correct time (between 8:30 and 9:30) but the subscription emails weren't sent until much later.
Does anybody know why this could have happened?
Same issue. Someone at MS should fix this.
Having the same issue.
Daily reports in a PRO account are scheduled for 10:00am. The reports are consistently delivered 3 to 4 hours later in the day. However, if I manually run the subscription (Run Now button), they are send out within 5 to 10 mins. This creates a bad impression to decision makers. Try explaining to decision makers that a 10:00am report will be in his/her mail box sometime at 2pm or 3:00pm in the afternoon.

Hello,
Actually I'm having the same problem.
I've tried to change the timing but it still comes too late. Is there any way to fix this?
Hi @Anonymous ,
There should be many factors to caused the delay. It's hard to determine the specific reason of the delay.
You could check if your report hit the limitations.
In addition, you could create a support ticket here.
