Subscription Emails Very Late
We normally receive the majority of subscription emails between 8:30am and 9:30am as they are all set to send out after data refresh. However, we didn't receive todays emails until around 3 hours aft...
Having the same issue.
Daily reports in a PRO account are scheduled for 10:00am. The reports are consistently delivered 3 to 4 hours later in the day. However, if I manually run the subscription (Run Now button), they are send out within 5 to 10 mins. This creates a bad impression to decision makers. Try explaining to decision makers that a 10:00am report will be in his/her mail box sometime at 2pm or 3:00pm in the afternoon.
