Subscription Email report

Hello,


I have a Premium Per User license and I have a simple page in 1 report showin a table and a few slicers.

I want this to go out every day in a subscription to the same email that has the license, I set everything up but nothing is going out.
I tried the "Run now" option, nothing sends out. I set a daily frequency and waited 24hr, nothing sends out. I tried emailing the email with the PPU account to make sure it worked, email received with no issue. 

 

Not sure where to go from here. PowerBi Service is not throwing any flags or anything. Am I missing something?

    Hi ItalianScallion ,

     

    Need to check with you, by no content do you mean you won't receive any subscription emails or do you receive a subscription email but the content doesn't show in the email?

    Hello Anonymous ,

     

    No email was being sent from PowerBi at all, I spoke with my IT department and somehow the issue got fixed and now the subscription is working. I will ask what exactly happened to give the final solution to the thread.
