Subscribing Guest Users to an Email (Premium Capacity)

We have Premium, but I'm getting the below error message when trying to subscribe a guest user to weekly App email: 

I'm not the Power BI Admin, and our admin doesn't actualy work with Power BI / is having trouble finding the setting.  I can't see our settings of course, but looking thru the PBI Whitepaper - just to confirm, the setting they would want to adjust, is this one - is that correct?

Hi @mmace1 

That is the right setting that needs to be enabled. Make sure that this is enabled. If you are still getting the error this has certainly NOT been enabled.
