Subscribe to Report not Loading

Report 1 - works just fine.

Report 2 - I am stuck on a loading screen. Both Report 1 and 2 generally have the same source data, same visuals, I haven't started any subscriptions, so I am not above any limit. I am not using any unsupported visuals or features and it's been stuck on the loading screen for an hour. I also have a premium license and both reports are in the same Workspace.
