Subscribe to 1 page of report

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but the support page here says I should be able to do this.

I have a report with multiple tabs.  The first tab is an overview dashboard with the other tabs being details.  I want to push the overview tab out via email every morning to management.  If they need to dig into the details, they have access to the workspace to access the entire report.

The workspace is Premium and the recipients have Pro licenses.

Unfortunately, the only option I have is to send the entire report (13 pages) or nothing.

Can anyone clarify if this feature has been eliminated or if I need different access?

Thank you

HI @aflintdepm ,

Yes, you have the ability to send just one page.  In the "Attach Full Report" select "None".  Under "More Options" select the "Report Page" and select the one page you want to send - "Overview" I believe.  Then, you can select the link to appear so that they don't get the whole report.

I have not used them myself yet, but you might want to investigate the Dynamic Subscriptions as I know they have filter capability in them (that might be just for the data, and not the pages though...).  Create a dynamic subscription for a Power BI report (Preview) - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
