Helper IIISubscribe report with conditions
Hi Experts,
I have built a paginated report and started trigerring emails using Subcribe Report option.
Now, emails are going to the stakeholders on a daily basis.
But I wanted to stop send emails if the table is blank. How can I do that?

To stop sending emails when the table in your paginated report is blank, you can't directly achieve this using the built-in subscription feature. However, you can consider an alternative approach by using Power Automate to conditionally trigger the email based on the report content.
Here's a high-level outline of the steps you can follow:
- Create a Power Automate flow.
- Use the Power BI connector to export your paginated report as a PDF or another format.
- Add a condition to check if the exported report content is blank or not.
- If the report content is not blank, use the Send an email action to send the report to the stakeholders.
