Subscribe email colors not same as my dashboard.

I set the colors to look like this in my dashboard...

I set up within the subscribe button to get a weekly email with my updated dashboard.  Today when I got the email the colors are different...it looks like this instead.  Why did the colors change?

Hi  @rachelfizel ,

According to my research, a similar issue has been reported internally,(ICM#: 278154708)

I will update here once I get any information.

Hi  @rachelfizel ,

Get the latest information:

Find a workaround to fix this issue on customer end sooner.
Suggest you to update the theme in the power bi service and save it again.
Steps to update dashboard theme:

  • Navigate to dashboard
  • Click on edit button -> Dashboard theme
  • Either select one of the available themes or upload the custom JSON theme based on customer's preference
  • Save it!
  • Now create/open existing dashboard subscription and do a "Run Now"
  • The screenshot in latest subscription email should match the current theme in service now.

Yes I had the same issue and have not reported the issue as I need an admin on my side to do so. I did state in my post that the issue seemed to resolve itself if I pinned the live page versus the image, so you could try that. However, if you submit a ticket to have this looked at please reply to my comment.
