Subscribe Preview Image is not not displaying. Shows generic Power BI icon instead of image

This is a multie page report and we have a subscription for each page. Daily at 8 am Central Time USA.

Have the Permission to access the report in Power BI, Link to report in Power BI and Preview Image checked. The problem is that the preview image is the generic Power BI image and not the report image. These reports are going to our executive leadeship team so it's import the preview image works everytime.

Hi @JWolmanSymplr ,

Did you check the "Preview image" option?

Preview image (for Power BI reports only): Include a preview of the report page in the body of the email.

For more information, please refer to: Email subscriptions for reports and dashboards in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Yes I tried to click the Preview Image it just shows the generic Power BI Image. It appears we spaced out our subscriptions and we have not seen this issue since. But when we had several (about 5) report subscriptions that all generated a file to be emailed we would see this issue. Again once we spaced this out we are not seeing this happen. I feel there is a limit or somehing with the Power BI Server that is failing and not properly sending the report attachment.

We resolved our issue by spacing out the report subscriptions, but I feel the real problem was not resolved.
