Subscribe Multiple people to Emails
I have a list of 400 people that I need to subscribe to a report. I know that I can create a distro in Outlook Exchange and use that, but that takes 2 days to get completed in my company and I need this done asap. I have tried separting the emails in various ways and nothing works, so I'm having to enter the email addresses one at a time.
Is there an easier way?

Anonymous I don't think there's another way apart from the one you mention.
Keep in mind all those users also need a pro license, or the workspace has to be in Premium capacity.
From the documentation:
You can add other email addresses to the subscription as well, but only in the same domain. If the report or dashboard is hosted in Premium capacity, you can subscribe other individual email addresses and group aliases. If the report or dashboard isn't hosted in Premium capacity, you can subscribe other individuals, but they too must have Power BI Pro licenses.
I also had a look at the Power BI REST API and the PowerShell Cmdlets, but there seems to be no option to add a subscription.

Hi Anonymous ,
If your dashboard or report is in Premium capacity, you can use group email aliases for subscriptions, instead of subscribing colleagues one email address at a time. The aliases are based on the current active directory.
