Submit nomination to publish Power BI

@quochung88, I get the same result as you. I don't get any responses after submit the nomination through Azure Certified.

We've had some issues with the submission portal for a couple of weeks and unfortunately we lost some of the submissions. The system is back up and running fully. And I'll make sure to look for the requests you submit (feel free to let me know when you do).
