Subcription email doesn't show the image inline - it is only attached?

Just experimenting with subcription emails to see if PowerBI will work for me. It appeared from other posts like the image sent of a Report Page is sent inline, embedded within the email.

When I get a subscription email, the image is attached, not inline. See below for screenshot. So I have to click it to see the image. 

Is this a setting I missed somewhere? I tried Outlook, Zohomail with my work account, and forwarded a message to gmail - all only showed the image attached to the email - not inline within the email.

Hi Gilbert - 

I don't have a Premium license, so it's not something I can try I think (it's grayed out). Is that the difference maybe? I can look into getting the appropriate level license but it was more expensive so I wanted to see what was possible this way.
