Stuck on "Loading on your report"

Dear community, 

I'd like to ask a question. When open up a report, sometimes Me and users are stuck on the "loading your report" page. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes and less. When the "loading your report" is faster, the rendering process is faster. On the other hand, when the "loading your report" takes a time longer, the rendering process is sluggish.

Does it relate with the report performance issue or the PBI Service itself?

Hi @TotalAnonymous -  if you are using any complex reports with a large number of visuals, high data volume, or many calculations might take longer to load. Optimizing the report's visuals, reducing the number of queries, or limiting the data load can help. You might want to check and improve performance by reducing the number of visuals, using aggregations, and applying incremental refresh if using Direct Query.

Use Performance Analyzer to track and resolve bottlenecks in your reports.

Investigate the dataset’s size and structure, ensuring you aren't overloading Power BI with complex data transformations.
