Hi All,
I've got a streaming dataset that I post a datetime to but when trying to build a report in PBI desktop, the field is not recognised as a datetime and there seems to be no way to change it. The datetime is submitted in ANSI format.
I need to be able to filter my report by latest datetime but can't.
Streaming dataset field:
Field in desktop:
I notice that the dates come is as US format (despite all my browsers and system regions being set to UK). Wondering if this has anything to do with it?
Anyone got any ideas? This has been driving me mad for ages.

I thought streaming datasets only accept 8601 format and UTC timestaps?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601#Combined_date_and_time_representations
It seems to accept it fine (date is formatted 2020-10-18) but re-fomats as US where all my regional settings are UK. So when I try and use in desktop, it's invalid as 12/31/2020 is not a valid UK date.
