Strange icon display when rotating through report/dashboard URLs

Using a PowerShell script to drive IE11 on Windows 10 Enterprise.  The script rotates through seven or more PowerBI report URLs in fullscreen/chromeless mode.  It works nicely for several iterations, EXCEPT for when THIS screen appears.  Anyone seen this one, before?

On a hunch, I updated the PowerShell script to close and re-open the instance of the InternetExplorer browser,  and so far it appears to have resolved the issue.  I'd guess the icons screen was caused by an IE cache corruption issue, where the underlying JavaScript was affected.
