Storing data source credentials times out
HI hellopath,
In fact, it seems like a known issue which appears on azure data source. Power bi team is working on it, next update timet @06/07/2018 22:00 UTC.
Users may not be able to set credentials if they are using OAuth2 for SQL Azure or AS Azure data sources. Engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix . Next Update @06/07/2018 22:00 UTC.

Thank you for confirming this! I would like to add a note though, that as far as I'm aware, we're not using OAuth2 to authenticate. At least I'm not aware of activating it myself.

HI hellopath,
Actually this known issue has been fixed. Based on test, azure sql datasource still works on my side, it should be issue appears on particular device or database.

The issue was that we separated the port with a colon (industry standard) instead of a comma. PowerBi Desktop accepted the colon without complaining, PowerBi online did not.
