I have a daily invoiced report that is sent to a specific broker. Some days, a specific broker may not have any orders that are invoiced. This would also apply to weekends when nothing gets invoiced. How can I stop the report from going out if there are no invoiced orders for the day?

Hi @LCFC
If you’re sending reports using Power BI subscriptions, there’s no built-in way to stop emails when there’s no data.
In that case, you’d need to use a tool like Power Automate to check for invoiced orders first and only trigger the email if there’s data to send.
Did it work? 👍 A kudos would be appreciated
