Status Code 504 when trying to configure refresh

I'm trying to do a proof of concept with the trial version of online bi pro. I've built a report using the desktop version and published  the workbook to my online account. Trying to set up the refresh via Personal Gateway always give me the fllowing:

Any ideas?
