Static configuration files for reports/dataflows
Hi,
We currently use static configuration files in reports and data flows to calculate specific values. These files are manually uploaded by a single user, limiting their flexibility. We need a solution that allows multiple users to easily edit these files in Excel, enabling them for calculations. It’s important that these files are not tied to a single user. What is the best approach to achieve this?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can save your Excel file to OneDrive for Business or a SharePoint document library. This will allow multiple users to access and edit the file simultaneously . Then you can connect to OneDrive or SharePoint through Power BI to get to your data.
Use OneDrive for work or school links in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Create a report on a SharePoint List in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
