Resolver IStatic RLS not working on PowerBI service, works in Desktop
I have setup static RLS
Similar to this

I test in the desktop , view as Germany , Report filters to Germany
I publish to PB Service , security tab in the Dataset , add my name as a member of Role Germany
*the member list is linked in the Directory , you put in your email address and my name avaialble to select
The Report still returns all Countries
Any Idea's , I am logged in to PB service under the same account and I have changed my workspace access to Viewer from Admin

I assume that you still are the owner of the dataset, meaning you have administrative rights on the dataset. If this is the case, this will explain why Row Level Security seems not to work. You can check your rights if you explore the Manage permissions configuration:
