Hi Dion1score ,
First, let's analyse the case when all 10 days are in one table:
1.Putting all 10 days in a table with the names of 30 employees in the first column is an easy way to do this.
Pros:
Comprehensive view of the entire payment period at once.
Easy for managers to plan and adjust schedules.
Allows filtering or sorting by specific dates or support areas.
Disadvantages:
If there are many employees or other information, the table may become large and less readable.
May require horizontal scrolling to view all dates.
Limited customisation options for individual dates.
2.Two separate pages (one per week):
Pros:
Smaller tables make it easier to focus on specific weeks.
Less cluttered interface.
Customisation options for weekly layouts.
Disadvantages:
Manager will need to navigate between pages to view the entire payment period.
May require additional clicks to compare different weeks.
Design and setup work may be duplicated for each page.
I think you could choose a single table containing all 10 days and add filters to it to allow customers to select the corresponding dates

Xianda Tang
